Five-heddle weave for heavy mechanical loads

Single-sided smooth surface, high pressure resistance & fast cake discharge performance

Engineered with each warp wire crossing five weft wires in a twill satin cycle. This design produces a flat, low-friction working surface on one side and a ribbed backbone on the reverse for filtration drums, pressure leaf filters, and centrifuges.

Standard range: 20 to 325 mesh (35 – 700 µm)
Single flat face for rapid cake release
Rigid structural backbone (ΔP up to 18 Bar)
AISI 304, 316L, 904L & Hastelloy C-22

Core Technical Properties
5-Harness Interlace Pattern
1 / 4 Over-Under
1 warp wire over 4 and under 1 weft wire creates a distinct smooth single side.
Surface Friction Reduction
Ra < 0.8 µm
Flat top surface enables easy cake discharge and continuous scraping blades.
Rigid Structural Support
ΔP Up to 18 Bar
Withstands elevated differential pressure without secondary backup mesh.
