Engineered Sintered Wire Mesh for Critical Industrial Filtration
Achieve absolute micron control, unyielding pore stability, and superior structural strength with MutualFilter custom diffusion-bonded stainless steel multi-layer laminates.

Atomic-level bonding for demanding filtration environments
Through high-temperature vacuum sintering, solid-state diffusion fuses overlapping wire contact points without filler alloy. The resulting unified matrix locks wire positions in place, producing permanent micron ratings and eliminating media migration in critical processes.
Mechanical integrity
Maintains fixed aperture geometry and structural rigidity under high differential pressures exceeding 20 MPa.
Accurate pore stability
Pre-aligned multi-layer laminate prevents wire displacement and bypass during cyclic flow and high-pressure backwashing.
Thermal & chemical resistance
Constructed from 316L stainless steel or nickel alloys, rated for continuous operational exposure up to 600°C.
