Profile-wire screens for continuous-slot filtration, screening, dewatering and separation.
Custom profile wires resistance-welded to rigid support rods provide non-clogging open area, high mechanical strength, and reliable aperture control across water, petrochemical, and mining systems.

Slot openings from 20 μm
Consistent slot accuracy with uniform V-shaped wire profiles.
AISI 304, 316L & duplex
High corrosion resistance for acid, chemical, and marine duty.
Resistance welded strength
Every intersection welded for extreme differential pressure.
Cylinders, flat panels & baskets
Fabricated to exact OEM dimensions and support ring configurations.
Continuous-slot resistance welding for reliable separation.
Each wedge wire cylinder is manufactured by winding cold-rolled V-shaped profile wire helically around an array of longitudinal support rods. An automated resistance welding process applies simultaneous current and pressure at every intersection point.
The outward-narrowing V-profile ensures that particles smaller than the slot pass clean through, while retained solids cannot bridge or lodge in the opening. This hydrodynamic geometry reduces differential pressure drop and enables effective backwash cleaning.

Resistance weld fusion between V-wire profile and radial support rods showing zero slag and consistent aperture geometry.
